New Hire CTE Teacher Evaluation for Training

This course covers the four domains of the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching, which is used for most teacher observations and evaluations.
Problem: New Hire Career and Technical Education (CTE) teachers receive little-to-no education about the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching that is used as the structure of their annual performance evaluation.
Solution: This 40 minute course teaches learners about the four domains in an approachable and engaging manner. It will set new CTE teachers up for success by showing them the criteria for their evaluation.

The screenshots below highlight a few of the key features of this project. This project highlights my skills of developing a professional and engaging course from scratch. Most slides contain multiple layers and all have voice over instructions. There are two practice activities, a review, and a reflection for each component. The wrap up includes a 10-question quiz.
